"Creep" adalah singel perdana dari band rock asal Inggris Radiohead yang dirilis pada 21 September 1992. Lagu ikonis yang mewakili generasi musik 1990-an ini masuk sebagai lagu kedua dalam album perdana Radiohead, Pablo Honey yang dirilis pada 1993.

Radiohead awalnya tidak berencana merilis "Creep", namun band itu akhirnya merekam lagu berdurasi 3 menit 56 detik itu atas saran produser, Sean Slade dan Paul Q Kolderie.
